TAG hosted its annual Amplify Conference at the W Melbourne and The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, bringing together staff and supplier partners to celebrate another year of growth, collaboration and innovation.
A highlight of the weekend was the annual TAGGIE Awards, which recognise outstanding achievements across the APAC business.
TAG’s Production Team took home several awards including the peer nominated Team Award, while two team members received individual honours. Vicky Stavroulakis, Systems Implementation & Reporting Manager, was named Behind the Scenes Hero, while Lisa Croucher, Senior Entertainment Specialist, was awarded Agent of the Year.
Ausfilm spoke with Vicky and Lisa about their roles, achievements and what the recognition means to them.
Vicky Stavroulakis, Systems Implementation & Reporting Manager
What’s your role in the production team?
My role is across all departments of TAG but within the Production Team focuses on system implementation and process optimisation across the business.

“A key part of my role involves integrating our travel systems with production company platforms to create seamless and efficient workflows. I also develop bespoke reporting solutions that provide productions with valuable insights into travel activity, spend and carbon emissions.”
As production companies often operate outside standard business hours, I have also led the implementation and configuration of our Online Booking Tool (OBT), ensuring it is fully automated. This enables production teams to make bookings after hours and receive instant ticketed confirmations, providing greater flexibility and efficiency when working to tight schedules.
What was your biggest highlight at TAG over the past year?
One of my biggest highlights over the past year has been leading the integration of our Online Booking Tool (OBT) to offer NDC content to our clients. This was a significant achievement, as it expanded access to more dynamic airline content, greater fare options and improved flexibility for production travel bookings.
The integration has streamlined the booking experience for our clients while ensuring they have access to more competitive and tailored travel solutions. Being able to deliver innovative technology that improves efficiency and enhances the client experience has been incredibly rewarding, particularly within the fast-paced entertainment travel industry.
What do you think sets the TAG Production Team apart in the entertainment travel industry?
“I think what sets our Production Team is our genuine understanding of the entertainment industry and the unique demands that come with it. We know that in film and television, schedules change constantly, timelines are tight and every detail matters. Our team thrives in that fast-paced environment and works proactively to ensure talent, crew and production teams can travel seamlessly, no matter how complex the logistics.”

What did winning this award mean to you personally and professionally?
Winning the Behind the Scenes Hero Award was incredibly meaningful to me, both personally and professionally. I genuinely love what I do, so to be recognised by my peers in this way was both humbling and rewarding.
I’m fortunate to work alongside an amazing group of people. We have a strong team culture where everyone supports one another, and that makes a huge difference in an industry that can often be demanding. The company also encourages growth, innovation and continuous learning, which has allowed me to develop professionally throughout my career.
For me, this award is not just an individual achievement; it reflects the collaborative environment and support of the entire team around me. I’m proud to be part of a company that values dedication, hard work and the people behind the scenes who help make everything run smoothly.

What’s your role in the production team?
I work closely with both clients and suppliers to ensure every request is delivered seamlessly from start to finish.
“My role involves constant communication, problem-solving and attention to detail to bring each project together smoothly. I strive to ensure expectations are not only met but exceeded, even in high-pressure or last-minute situations.”
What was your biggest highlight at TAG over the past year?
Being recognised as Agent of the Year has been my greatest professional achievement and highlight of the year. It was incredibly rewarding.
